Terms and Platform Rules
FarmLink manages customer orders, delivery coordination, verified registration, payment records, and delivery confirmation workflows.
Customers must provide accurate phone numbers and a complete business or home address for delivery. FarmLink is not responsible for false or incomplete delivery information that makes delivery impossible.
Applicable platform fees, delivery fees, and taxes are displayed during the order or purchase process before submission.
Driver and Vehicle Inspection Rules
All truck drivers, pick-up drivers, van drivers, taxi drivers, and vehicle owners participating in FarmLink delivery must register with FarmLink and bring their vehicles for physical inspection at FarmLink locations in each county before delivery jobs are approved.
Vehicles delivering fresh food such as fish, crawfish, meat, shrimps, and other perishable goods must have working air conditioning installed. FarmLink may deny or suspend delivery access for vehicles that fail inspection or do not meet the required food-safety delivery condition.
Current Pickup Policy
Until FarmLink establishes a central pickup location, approved drivers will pick up produce, food products, and agricultural supplies directly from the farmer's farm address, farmer's product business address, or supplier's business address listed on the order. Customers, farmers, and suppliers must keep pickup and business or home address for deliveryes accurate so drivers can complete delivery successfully.
